Meet the Founder and CEO
Michael Bryant

As CEO of Luminous Group LLC, Michael provides executive leadership focused on delivery excellence, risk reduction and mission alignment across Federal IT programs. With over a decade of information technology experience, his background includes supporting Federal initiatives and guiding Agile delivery efforts where accountability, transparency and performance are critical. His leadership style is results oriented and emphasizes clear communication, disciplined execution and proactive issue resolution. He ensures programs deliver reliable and mission ready systems that meet operational needs. Michael is known for removing impediments, strengthening stakeholder trust and maintaining momentum within cleared environments.
Michael studied psychology at Langston University, where he developed a strong understanding of human behavior and communication. He later completed the H.O.P.E. Project in Washington, DC, where he discovered his passion for information technology. Outside of work, Michael is a dedicated Washington Commanders fan and enjoys mentoring youth in his community.
