Michael Bryant

As CEO of Luminous Group LLC, Michael provides executive leadership focused on delivery excellence, risk reduction and mission alignment across Federal IT programs. With over a decade of information technology experience, his background includes supporting Federal initiatives, guiding Agile delivery efforts, and leading software testing activities where accountability, transparency and performance are critical. His technical leadership experience includes integration, regression and smoke testing to validate system functionality, identify defects and improve release readiness across development environments. Michael works closely with product owners, stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements align with system behavior and operational needs. His leadership approach emphasizes clear communication, disciplined execution and proactive issue resolution to help deliver reliable, mission ready systems within cleared environments.

Michael studied psychology at Langston University, where he developed a strong understanding of human behavior and communication. He later completed the H.O.P.E. Project in Washington, DC, where he discovered his passion for information technology. Outside of work, Michael is a dedicated Washington Commanders fan and enjoys mentoring youth in his community.
